Friends, after recent experiences I strongly urge you to compare your prices with local clinics. I can guarantee you will find cheaper. You are entitled to seek a second opinion on the treatment proposed.

I got veneer that fell off. It has happened before and it takes 5-10min to glue it back in. This case it took them exactly the same time, but they charged me more than $400. I thought it was a bit too much, but they said that those are their rates. It think the service was good, just way too expensive.

I had the $149 teeth whitening treatment which resulted in severe blistering to my lower lip. Product was accidentally spilt on my lip during the treatment. Notified management with photos and was told my skin was sensitive! They offered me another treatment for myself or a family member. No thanks!! A refund was what I requested (twice) and would have been happy to have resolved it this way. Unfortunately, this was refused. I rarely review services but felt I needed to share my horrendous experience with this clinic. I DO NOT recommend!!!!!

First of all, thank you for Anna – she is such a great person, and her explanations are amazing. Whenever you go there, just look for her. One additional thing: don’t even try to work with a man named Zaheer. He is disrespectful and has no idea how to speak to or treat a customer. What I can say is that Anna deserves 5 stars, but Zaheer doesn’t deserve to be in the office at all.

I had very bad experience with Sally and her team. It was for my unit end of lease cleaning and I can tell you they were not professional cleaners. She told me before coming to clean the unit that she will give more time to clean and will not rush. But they didn’t clean properly and did work in rush. She changed the price way more then she told me on the phone. I lost my bond because of poor cleaning. I will not recommend her for anyone.

Book for a online office cleaning and the website price state $29.90. On the day of cleaning the cleaner did not turn up and when we called up was told the website price is not updated and demanded $100. If the price is not updated at least inform us earlier but a sudden increase of price and not turning up is so unprofessional.

Not worth the money. The team arrived late, rushed through the job, and missed multiple spots including the kitchen bench and bathroom mirrors. When I contacted them, they refused to come back to fix it. Very unprofessional for the high price charged.

Simply useless. The cleaners got to our house and immediately quoted us an extra 5 hours of wall cleaning costing an additional $800. They didn’t touch our downstairs hallway or on top of any cupboards and window seals. They unhinged our oven door and we had to call them back that night after a long and confrontational phone call. The “bond back guarantee” was useless as it expires after 2 weeks, but because of the lacklustre job they provided it took more than 2 weeks to process our bond claim, which we were charged $900 for additional cleaning. Could not recommend this place to my worst enemy

I am pleased to share my experience with Sydney Cleaning Services, a company that has truly exceeded my expectations. After several months of deliberation, I decided to engage their services, and I have been thoroughly impressed with the results.

Worst cleaning service I have dealt with. You can never get through to their 1300 number. Booked on-line for 330pm for a move out clean with additional for oven. Cleaners showed up at 745pm with a simple text saying sorry running late. I tried to call HO with no answer and communicated with someone via email with no phone call when I requested.

Don't know if this was discrimination or just the fact that the "traffic controller lollipop man" doesnt know how to do his job properly. Was doing a drop off yesterday (approximately 1pm) and this man "controlling the traffic" felt like he was directing more cars out of the Stocklands carpark than what was necessary. I was the only car driving towards the shops whereby all other cars were parking underground.
